Richemont seeks a Store Supervisor at Selfridges in London to lead boutique sales, client service and daily operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a boutique sales team to deliver outstanding client service and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Own daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, till reconciliation and stock control.
- Drive clienteling activity — build and maintain high-value client relationships, manage appointments and follow-ups.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects the brand aesthetic and seasonal directives.
- Coach, train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques and compliance policies.
- Manage inventory processes: deliveries, transfers, cycle counts and loss-prevention measures in collaboration with brand/retail management.
- Act as first point of escalation for customer service issues and liaise with store leadership and brand managers to resolve complex cases.
- Prepare and deliver sales performance feedback and support reporting requirements for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or a premium department store environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue through client acquisition and retention.
- Strong numeracy and proven experience in cash handling and POS operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished customer-facing manner.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years in luxury retail with at least one year in a supervisory or team-lead capacity, preferably within a premium department store or brand boutique.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A-level) or equivalent; vocational or diploma in retail, hospitality or business management preferred.
