Stock and Back Office Executive
Richemont is hiring a Stock and Back Office Executive in Riyadh — manage inventory, ERP records and stock reconciliation for a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock operations for the store/region, including goods receipts, put‑away, stock transfers and returns, ensuring accurate system posting.
- Perform regular inventory reconciliations and cycle counts; identify, investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and variances.
- Maintain and update the ERP inventory records (stock movements, locations, batch/serial numbers) and prepare audit-ready documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse and logistics partners to schedule deliveries, monitor incoming shipments and expedite exception handling.
- Generate and distribute regular reports on stock levels, ageing, shrinkage and movement trends to retail and regional management.
- Administer back‑office processes such as purchase order reconciliation, credit notes, adjustments and stock provisioning for events.
- Support retail teams on stock queries, system transactions and process adherence; train staff on stock procedures where required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, loss‑prevention policies and company standards for handling high‑value merchandise.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience in inventory control, stock management or back‑office operations — preferably in luxury retail or high value goods.
- Strong numerical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to reconcile complex stock discrepancies.
- Familiarity with retail inventory processes, cycle counting and loss‑prevention principles.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential or high‑value merchandise.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years in inventory control, stock management or back‑office roles within retail or luxury goods; direct exposure to ERP systems and cycle counting procedures required.
Education
Secondary education required; bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or a related discipline preferred.
