Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily stock operations for the store: receiving, tagging, put-away and stock transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform regular cycle counts, ad-hoc stocktakes and reconciliations to maintain precise inventory records.
  • Execute back-office administration including updating inventory systems, processing stock movements and maintaining audit trails.
  • Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies by liaising with warehouse, logistics and store teams; initiate shrinkage/root-cause actions where required.
  • Prepare and deliver timely inventory and stock-status reports to store management and regional operations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for shipments, ensuring correct documentation and condition of merchandise.
  • Support store opening, replenishment and seasonal stock flows; ensure merchandise integrity and presentation standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of stock-control processes, system usage and internal controls to reduce risk and improve turnaround.

Experience
