Richemont seeks a Stock and Back Office Executive in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia — responsible for inventory control, stock reconciliation and back-office operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock operations for the store: receiving, tagging, put-away and stock transfers while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
- Perform regular cycle counts, ad-hoc stocktakes and reconciliations to maintain precise inventory records.
- Execute back-office administration including updating inventory systems, processing stock movements and maintaining audit trails.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies by liaising with warehouse, logistics and store teams; initiate shrinkage/root-cause actions where required.
- Prepare and deliver timely inventory and stock-status reports to store management and regional operations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for shipments, ensuring correct documentation and condition of merchandise.
- Support store opening, replenishment and seasonal stock flows; ensure merchandise integrity and presentation standards are maintained.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of stock-control processes, system usage and internal controls to reduce risk and improve turnaround.

- Clear understanding of inventory control principles and stock reconciliation processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities when interacting with store, warehouse and regional teams.

Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of hands-on experience in retail inventory control, stock administration or back-office operations within luxury retail, fashion or related high-value merchandise environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational certificate or tertiary education in logistics, supply chain, retail management or business is preferred.
