Richemont — Amsterdam: Temporary Stock Administrator (4-month) to manage inventory, cycle counts and stock reconciliation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through timely data entry, stock movements and adjustments in the inventory system.
  • Perform regular cycle counts, full reconciliations and ad‑hoc stock investigations to ensure ledger-to-physical alignment.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound stock transactions, transfers between stores and warehouses, and receiving processes.
  • Prepare and deliver concise inventory reports and exception reports to store management and central operations.
  • Support loss-prevention procedures and assist during internal and external stock audits.
  • Liaise with retail teams, warehouse colleagues and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies and expedite stock flows.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma; vocational certificate in logistics, supply chain or a related discipline preferred.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands for the duration of the fixed-term contract.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of hands-on experience in inventory control, stock administration or warehouse support — retail or luxury goods experience is an advantage.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical diploma in logistics, supply chain or retail operations preferred.
