Richemont seeks a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead strategic supply chain and ERP transformation programs.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic supply chain projects and transformation programs across product, logistics and after-sales operations.
- Define project scope, governance, milestones and budgets; ensure on-time, on-spec and on-budget execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders—product, merchandising, procurement, manufacturing, IT and retail—to align priorities and remove executional barriers.
- Drive ERP/IT rollouts and integrations, data migration and process standardization activities with internal IT and external vendors.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards and status reporting to executive sponsors; translate data into actionable decisions.
- Conduct process diagnostics, root-cause analysis and implement inventory, demand planning and distribution optimizations.
- Manage third-party logistics and supplier relationships during project implementation, ensuring contractual and quality requirements are met.
- Own change management and training plans to secure adoption of new processes and systems at local and regional levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline; Master’s preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder level with strong executive influencing and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrable experience running complex, multi-site programs involving ERP or supply chain systems.
- Fluent business-level communication in English; additional languages advantageous (not specified in source).

Senior-level supply chain experience, typically 7+ years in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing roles with a minimum of 3–5 years leading cross-functional projects or transformation programs across multiple regions.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
