Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Taipei to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and boutique clientele, building long-term relationships and ensuring client retention.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, tailored recommendations and upselling.
- Manage VIP accounts and client databases; execute follow-ups, private appointments and after‑sales support.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff, model best-in-class service behaviours and contribute to team training sessions.
- Maintain impeccable boutique standards including visual merchandising, stock presentation and brand-compliant displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately, manage reservations and handle cash/card procedures according to company policy.
- Collaborate with store management on local marketing initiatives, product launches and in-store events.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, inventory controls and corporate retail policies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable results selling high-value products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with discerning clientele.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in stock handling and visual presentation.
- Ability to mentor peers and contribute to a high-performance retail environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills preferred for the Taipei market.

Experience
Typically 3+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with a proven history of meeting sales targets and managing VIP clients; experience mentoring junior staff is expected.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or luxury management preferred.
