A. Lange & Söhne seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Riyadh to provide bespoke client service and drive boutique sales for its haute horlogerie collection.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high‑net‑worth and VIP clients, guiding product selection and closing sales for a high‑value timepiece assortment.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client development and intimate product knowledge.
- Manage and nurture an active client portfolio, driving repeat business and long‑term relationships via after‑sales follow‑up and bespoke service.
- Represent the brand at in‑store and private events, coordinating trunk shows, previews and client appointments with discretion.
- Ensure immaculate boutique presentation and merchandising, implementing visual standards and stock rotation for seasonal assortments.
- Assist with inventory control, receiving and processing deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales and client records in retail systems.
- Coach and mentor junior sales staff when required, sharing product expertise and sales techniques to elevate overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within haute horlogerie or high‑end jewelry.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical watch complications, movements and finishing, or demonstrable aptitude to attain that knowledge quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion with affluent clients and the ability to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and availability for private client appointments.
Experience
Typically 3–5 years of frontline sales experience in luxury watches, jewelry or premium fashion, with documented success in achieving targets and managing VIP clientele.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or a degree in retail, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
