Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Düsseldorf — senior luxury retail role driving client relationships and sales for a leading maisons group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through expert product presentation and consultative selling.
  • Develop and manage long‑term relationships with high‑value and VIP clients, maintaining thorough clienteling records and follow‑up.
  • Deliver exemplary in‑store experiences consistent with brand standards, including personalised service and after‑sales care.
  • Coach and mentor junior sales staff, supporting skills development and fostering a high‑performance sales culture.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor standards to ensure compelling product displays and an impeccable selling environment.
  • Manage transactional duties including POS operations, stock reconciliation, inventory control and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Represent the maison at client events and support private appointments and trunk shows as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with consistent achievement of KPIs and targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building and retaining high‑value client relationships.
  • Professional presentation and thorough product knowledge appropriate to a premium maison.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Legal right to work in Germany.

Experience

Several years of progressive experience in high‑end retail, ideally within jewellery, watches or premium accessories, including direct responsibility for individual sales targets and client portfolio management.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational training in retail, hospitality or a related discipline is advantageous.
