Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Associate in Dubai — lead luxury retail sales and client relationships at a Richemont boutique in Dubai.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition and high-value conversion.
  • Develop and manage an active client portfolio using personalised clienteling and follow-up to maximise repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Deliver bespoke, white-glove service during sales consultations, private viewings and after‑sales interactions to uphold the maison’s standards.
  • Mentor and coach junior sales staff, modelling best practice in client approach, product presentation and closing techniques.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories and communicate features, provenance and craftsmanship convincingly to clients.
  • Support boutique operations including visual merchandising standards, inventory control, replenishment and stock reconciliation.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and ensure compliance with luxury retail policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams (e.g., CRM, marketing) to execute client events, trunk shows and omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of high-value sales in luxury retail or high-end hospitality environments.
  • Demonstrable clienteling and relationship-management capabilities with affluent clientele.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability with experience supporting and developing junior colleagues.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; professional demeanour appropriate to luxury retail.
  • Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
