Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Advisor in Paris to drive boutique sales and deliver exceptional client service for a prestigious luxury maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships with high‑value clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and conversion.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across relevant categories and present merchandise with narrative clarity.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including merchandising standards, stock presentation and point‑of‑sale transactions.
  • Execute clienteling activities and follow up on post‑sale service to maximise lifetime client value.
  • Support and mentor junior sales staff; contribute to in‑store coaching and performance reviews.
  • Represent the maison at private client events and contribute to local business development initiatives.
  • Maintain rigorous compliance with brand policies, visual guidelines and loss‑prevention protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high‑end watches, jewellery or leather goods.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to read client needs and close high‑value transactions.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Right to work in France and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented boutique setting.

Secondary education diploma; higher education in luxury management, retail or business is advantageous but not mandatory.
