Senior Sales Advisor
Richemont seeks a Senior Sales Advisor in Paris (permanent) to drive luxury sales and cultivate high‑value client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling of high-end products.
- Develop, manage and grow a personal client portfolio; ensure regular follow-up, tailored proposals and after-sales care to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver a flawless in-store experience that reflects brand standards: product presentation, visual merchandising, client hospitality and discretion.
- Execute operational duties including stock control, POS transactions, reporting, and maintaining merchandise integrity.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff; share market intelligence and best-practice selling techniques to elevate team performance.
- Represent the maison at client events and special appointments, collaborating with marketing and CRM teams on local initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to sell luxury goods with a track record of meeting high-value sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding client service, relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail in merchandising, stock management and transaction accuracy.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and the capacity to represent a premium maison in high-end retail environments.
- Flexibility for retail hours including evenings and weekends and readiness to participate in client events.
Experience
Typically 3–5 years (or more) of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique sales, with documented success in client acquisition and retention and handling high-value transactions.
Education
Secondary education completed; vocational training or a degree in luxury management, retail, business or a related field is a plus.
