Senior Retail Manager
Richemont seeks a Senior Retail Manager for Chloé in Seoul to lead boutique sales, team development and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead boutique performance for Chloé in Seoul, owning sales targets, margin and P&L accountability.
- Coach, develop and inspire a multi-disciplinary store team to deliver exemplary luxury client service and increase lifetime client value.
- Implement brand standards for visual merchandising, clienteling and in-store experience to ensure consistency with maison guidelines.
- Drive CRM-led sales initiatives and loyalty programmes; analyse customer data and KPIs to shape commercial actions.
- Manage stock, replenishment and loss-prevention processes in coordination with regional logistics and inventory teams.
- Recruit, retain and develop talent; build workforce plans and manage scheduling to optimise coverage during peak trading.
- Collaborate with regional management and headquarters on promotions, product launches and operational improvements; ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management, preferably within an international fashion or leather-goods maison.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving profitable store growth.
- Strong leadership ability with experience recruiting, coaching and developing sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to client relationship building.
- High level of commercial acumen, including P&L awareness and KPI-driven decision making.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with substantive boutique management experience and a proven history of leading teams to achieve revenue and service targets.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, retail management, marketing or a related field preferred.
