Senior Regional Project Manager
Richemont in Tokyo is recruiting a Senior Regional Project Manager to lead multi‑brand programmes across Asia, driving delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex, cross‑brand projects across the Asia region from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with global strategy and brand priorities.
- Define project scope, objectives, governance, milestones and success metrics; maintain programme plans and ensure timely execution against schedule.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including brand teams, retail operations, IT, supply chain and external vendors; secure stakeholder buy‑in and escalate as required.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation and vendor contracts; monitor financial performance and report variances to senior management.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues; implement corrective actions and change control processes to preserve project integrity.
- Produce regular executive‑level reporting and dashboards for the regional PMO and global sponsors; present progress, risks and recommendations.
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and local implementation teams to build regional delivery capability and ensure consistent methodology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems or a related discipline; master’s degree or advanced qualification preferred.
- Professional project management certification (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent) is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering multi‑stakeholder programmes across multiple countries in the Asia region, ideally within luxury retail, consumer goods or premium services.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets and vendor relationships at regional scale.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior executives.

Significant regional programme and project management experience (typically 8+ years), with at least several years leading complex, multi‑country initiatives in retail, luxury goods, or related sectors across the Asia‑Pacific region.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or equivalent advanced study preferred. Formal project management certification (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
