Senior Regional Learning & Development Manager
Richemont seeks a Senior Regional Learning & Development Manager in Miami to lead L&D strategy across Latin America.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Latin America learning & development strategy in alignment with global People & Culture priorities and local commercial objectives.
- Partner with regional and local leaders (Retail, Product, HR, Commercial) to assess capability gaps and translate them into high-impact learning initiatives.
- Design, develop and deliver blended learning programmes — leadership, retail excellence, product & brand knowledge, and compliance — adapted to local markets and languages.
- Manage regional L&D operations: oversee a small local team, external vendors and subject-matter experts to ensure timely programme delivery and quality standards.
- Drive digital learning adoption through the regional Learning Management System and e‑learning authoring tools, and curate content from global libraries for local relevance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, learner engagement metrics and ROI; produce regular impact reports and recommend continuous improvement.
- Lead change management and capability-building initiatives to support new product launches, commercial transformations and talent pipelines.
- Own the regional L&D budget, procurement of learning services and prioritisation of initiatives to maximise business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience designing and deploying regional L&D programmes across multiple markets and languages.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at the intersection of People, Retail and Commercial functions.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience delivering workshops and leadership programmes.
- Excellent analytical capability to translate learner metrics into actionable insights and business recommendations.
- Willingness to travel across Latin America as required.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 8 years of progressive learning & development experience, including several years leading regional or cross‑market L&D initiatives. Experience within luxury retail, premium consumer goods, or a high‑service retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business or related discipline preferred.
