Richemont seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Operations and Performance in New York to lead retail analytics and operational excellence across its US retail network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and continuously refine retail KPIs, dashboards and reporting cadence to monitor store performance, productivity and conversion.
  • Translate sales, operational and customer data into actionable programs that increase revenue, margin and customer experience across the retail network.
  • Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, improving in‑store execution and ensuring adherence to brand standards and retail governance.
  • Partner with regional leadership, merchandising, e‑commerce, HR and finance to align inventory, staffing, promotional execution and omnichannel fulfilment.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects (store openings, concept rollouts, tool implementations) from requirements through adoption and performance validation.
  • Conduct regular store performance reviews and coaching with store leadership; develop targeted action plans and follow‑up to close performance gaps.
  • Manage, mentor and develop the retail operations/performance team; set objectives, measure outcomes and foster a high‑performance culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership in retail operations or retail performance roles within luxury or premium retail.
  • Demonstrable expertise in defining and managing KPIs, dashboards and performance review processes.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience influencing P&L outcomes, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Track record of delivering cross‑functional projects that improved store productivity or omnichannel performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coaching store managers and regional teams.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Retail Management or related field; MBA or other advanced business qualification preferred.
