Senior HR Manager
Richemont seeks a Senior HR Manager for Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore to lead HR operations, talent and people strategy for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the senior HR partner for Van Cleef & Arpels in Singapore, advising local leadership on people strategy, organisational design and talent priorities.
- Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for boutiques and local corporate functions, including workforce planning, employer branding and selection.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes and remediation in accordance with local employment law and group policies.
- Design and implement learning, development and succession programmes tailored to luxury retail and client‑facing roles.
- Oversee compensation & benefits administration and work with regional total rewards teams to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Drive HR operations and ensure data integrity in HRIS; prepare regular people analytics and management reporting to inform decision making.
- Coach and develop line managers on leadership, people management and change initiatives; act as a change agent for organisational projects.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation, group policies and local regulatory requirements; coordinate with legal and regional HR as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline; advanced degree or HR qualification (e.g., CIPD) preferred.
- Proven people management experience with a track record of partnering at senior levels.
- Demonstrable experience in luxury retail, hospitality or premium services with an understanding of boutique operations and client‑facing cultures.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills; high degree of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Authorisation to work in Singapore.

Experience
Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in luxury retail or a client‑facing premium service environment and at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR partner role.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification or certification preferred.
