Senior Data & Automation Analyst — Finance
Richemont is hiring a Senior Data & Automation Analyst — Finance in Villars-sur-Glâne. Lead finance data pipelines, automation and reporting for the group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain reliable financial data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes to consolidate transactional and reporting data for group finance and controlling.
- Identify, scope and deliver automation initiatives across financial close, reconciliations, reporting and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
- Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and management reports for finance stakeholders, ensuring proper data models and semantic layers for self-service analytics.
- Ensure data quality, lineage and governance by implementing controls, validation rules and reconciliation procedures across source systems and analytical models.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, business process owners and external vendors to deliver integrations (ERP, APIs) and production deployments following change-control practices.
- Lead testing, UAT and documentation for data and automation solutions; establish runbooks and operational support procedures.
- Coach and mentor junior analysts; promote best practices in analytics, automation and data stewardship within the finance organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end data and automation projects within a finance function or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (close, consolidation, FP&A, reconciliations) and related control requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with technical teams (IT/ERP) and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to present complex analytics to senior finance leaders.
Skills
Experience
Senior-level experience (typically 5+ years) in finance analytics, data engineering or automation, with a track record of implementing finance-focused data solutions and process automations in multi-system environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related field; a master's degree or professional certification in finance/analytics is advantageous.
