Senior Commercial Manager
Richemont seeks a Senior Commercial Manager in Dubai to lead commercial strategy, P&L and channel performance for luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy across channels (retail, wholesale, e‑commerce) for assigned maisons in the region, aligning with global brand guidelines.
- Own P&L for the business unit: set targets, manage margin and deliver profitability through pricing, promotions and trade terms.
- Produce accurate sales forecasting, demand planning and inventory optimisation in partnership with supply chain and retail operations.
- Develop channel and partner management strategies, including negotiation of commercial agreements and monitoring of wholesale and retail performance.
- Drive pricing architecture, markdown strategy and commercial governance to protect brand equity while maximising sell‑through.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and management reporting (sales, margin, sell‑in/sell‑out, stock turns), delivering regular insight to senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross‑functional initiatives with marketing, merchandising, retail operations and finance to execute campaigns, product launches and seasonal plans.
- Coach and influence regional teams and external partners to embed commercial excellence and operational best practice.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial acumen with strong financial literacy and P&L oversight.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insight into executable plans across channels.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including experience with wholesale partners and retail management.
- Strong analytical capability with experience in sales forecasting, inventory optimisation and KPI-driven decision making.
- Demonstrable experience leading cross‑functional projects and influencing at senior levels.
- High level of professional integrity and understanding of luxury brand positioning and trade-offs.
Skills
Experience
Typically 8+ years in commercial, retail or trade roles within the luxury goods sector or premium retail, with proven P&L responsibility, cross‑channel experience and prior exposure to regional markets (ideally the Middle East).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
