Richemont seeks a Senior Client Advisor in London to cultivate VIP relationships and drive luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with high-value and VIP clients through personalised clienteling and after-sales follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and repeat business.
  • Execute a client-centric sales process from greeting through conversion, ensuring impeccable service, product storytelling and visual presentation.
  • Lead and mentor junior client advisors; provide on-floor coaching and contribute to team performance through best-practice sharing.
  • Maintain and update client records and activity in CRM; plan and run client events, private appointments and bespoke experiences.
  • Coordinate with store management and after-sales teams on stock availability, special orders and service requests to ensure seamless client journeys.
  • Produce timely sales reporting and contribute to local merchandising, loss-prevention and presentation standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of luxury retail sales with demonstrable results selling high-value products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate trust and rapport with affluent clientele.
  • Strong commercial acumen, numeracy and ability to analyse simple sales metrics and pipeline.
  • Confident coaching ability and previous experience mentoring or leading small teams.
  • Right to work in the UK and willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Experience

Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within jewellery, watches or high-end accessories; prior exposure to handling VIP clientele and executing private client events.

Education

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, luxury brand management or a related discipline preferred.
