Senior Client Advisor
Richemont seeks a Senior Client Advisor in Abu Dhabi to deliver high‑touch sales, clienteling and boutique leadership for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, high‑touch service to UHNW and affluent clientele through personalised appointments, private viewings and targeted clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while maximising average transaction value and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio via proactive outreach, CRM management and bespoke relationship strategies.
- Support boutique visual and merchandising standards to reflect maison identity and ensure impeccable product presentation.
- Conduct product presentations and consultations with authoritative knowledge of materials, manufacture and provenance.
- Coordinate after‑sales follow‑up, repairs and bespoke requests in partnership with aftercare teams and maisons.
- Mentor and coach junior advisors, modelling best practices in selling, clienteling and store operations.
- Participate in private events, trunk shows and VIP activations to deepen client engagement and grow the contact base.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with consistent achievement against targets.
- Demonstrable clienteling experience with UHNW or affluent customer segments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; poised under pressure and discreet with client matters.
- Strong product knowledge in watches, jewellery or high‑end accessories (or ability to rapidly acquire expertise).
- Experience mentoring or leading peers in a boutique retail environment.
- Legal right to work in the UAE and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by retail operations.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with prior success selling high‑value watches, jewellery or luxury leather goods and a documented ability to grow and retain a premium client portfolio.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary diploma or degree in sales, hospitality, luxury brand management or related field preferred.
