Richemont seeks a Senior Area Manager in Miami to lead multi‑boutique luxury retail operations, driving sales, P&L and client development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial performance and P&L across multiple boutiques in the assigned territory, ensuring attainment of sales, margin and KPI targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store managers and senior retail staff to elevate service standards, clienteling and leadership capability.
  • Implement and monitor visual merchandising, store standards and brand directives to preserve maison identity and client experience.
  • Drive CRM strategy and high-value client acquisition through personalised clienteling, events and retention programmes.
  • Build and execute territory business plans including assortment alignment, stock allocation and promotional cadence.
  • Analyse sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities, adjust staffing and inventory and report performance to regional leadership.
  • Lead recruitment, performance management and workforce planning to ensure optimal labour productivity and succession pipelines.
  • Oversee inventory control, loss prevention and compliance with corporate procedures and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate regional initiatives such as seasonal launches, pop-ups and store openings in collaboration with marketing and operations.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, marketing and logistics to optimise product flow and client propositions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with responsibility for sales and margin delivery in a multi‑unit retail environment.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience coaching store managers and building high‑performing retail teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory data to drive decision‑making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and high‑value clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the region and to attend evening/weekend client events.

Experience

Typically requires 6+ years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including at least 3 years in area, district or multi‑unit management with direct P&L responsibility and demonstrated success in client development.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; advanced business or management qualifications are advantageous.
