Richemont seeks a Senior Area Manager, Fragrance in Miami to lead multi‑unit luxury fragrance retail, drive sales and execute brand strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead commercial performance and P&L accountability for a cluster of boutiques and wholesale points of sale within the assigned area, ensuring sales, margin and KPI targets are met.
  • Coach, develop and evaluate multi‑unit retail teams including Store Managers and Area Supervisors to elevate clienteling, selling effectiveness and service standards.
  • Implement brand and product launch plans, in‑store merchandising, visual directives and promotional activity in close partnership with marketing and retail operations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, territory forecasting and stock allocation to optimise inventory turnover and availability for key launches.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics; translate insights into actionable in‑market initiatives to grow market share and brand desirability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention, local regulations and the brand’s elevated customer experience standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within fragrance or prestige beauty: minimum seven years in retail with at least three years in multi‑unit or area management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, sales forecasting and territory planning for multiple outlets.
  • Track record of leading, coaching and developing store leadership teams to deliver consistent, client‑centric results.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience executing product launches, visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns.
  • Availability to travel regularly within the assigned territory and to attend HQ meetings or training as required.

Experience

Minimum seven years of progressive luxury retail experience, including at least three years managing multi‑unit operations or an equivalent regional/area management role—preferably within fragrance or prestige beauty.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
