Senior Analyst, Workforce Management
Richemont in New York seeks a Senior Analyst, Workforce Management to lead forecasting, scheduling and labour analytics for retail and digital operations.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term workforce forecasts and staffing models across retail, e‑commerce and service channels.
- Design efficient weekly and daily schedules to meet demand while optimising labour cost and service KPIs.
- Create scenario models to quantify headcount, hours and cost implications of business initiatives or seasonal fluctuations.
- Produce regular dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with HR, store operations, merchandising and finance to align workforce plans with commercial and budgetary objectives.
- Manage and enhance workforce management systems and data pipelines to ensure accuracy of time‑and‑attendance, forecasts and labour metrics.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (service levels, productivity, shrinkage, overtime) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or related field; master’s preferred.
- Proven ability to produce forecasts, staffing models and schedule optimisations for multi‑channel retail operations.
- Strong analytical rigor with demonstrated competence in data cleansing, modelling and scenario analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with workforce management systems and time‑and‑attendance processes in a retail context.
Skills
Experience
Approximately 4–7 years of progressive workforce management, demand planning, retail operations analytics or related experience, ideally with at least some exposure to luxury or premium retail and omni‑channel environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline; master’s degree or advanced quantitative certification preferred.
