Security Supervisor
Richemont is hiring a Security Supervisor in Grand Prairie, USA — lead site security and loss prevention for a leading luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day security operations for the site, including access control, CCTV monitoring and alarm response.
- Lead, schedule and develop a team of security officers; conduct training, performance reviews and disciplinary actions as required.
- Investigate incidents and losses, produce detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs and records.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections; implement corrective actions and recommend improvements to physical and procedural controls.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services and internal stakeholders during incidents and planned events.
- Manage relationships with third‑party security vendors and ensure contractual and operational compliance.
- Enforce health, safety and security policies to protect people, assets and inventory across retail and operational environments.
Qualifications
- Valid state security guard license or equivalent, where required.
- Completed training in first aid/CPR and basic emergency response.
- Clean background check and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate frontline personnel.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of progressive security experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity; prior experience in retail, luxury goods, corporate or high‑value environments strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary studies in criminal justice, security management or a related field preferred.
