Richemont seeks a Seasonal Sales Advisor (Stylist) in Saint‑Tropez for Summer 2026 — boutique role delivering luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, personalised client service and build long‑term relationships with an international and high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations aligned with the maison’s aesthetic and client expectations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising basket value through thoughtful upselling and cross‑selling.
- Maintain luxury visual standards: implement merchandising directives, maintain displays and ensure impeccable boutique presentation.
- Manage stock and inventory processes accurately, including receiving, tagging and stock reconciliation.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems for transactions and client data capture; ensure confidentiality and accuracy in clienteling records.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, including flexible scheduling for evening and weekend activations.
Qualifications
- Availability to work the 2026 season in Saint‑Tropez, including weekends and peak resort periods.
- Right to work in France for the duration of the contract.
- Polished personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset suited to luxury clientele.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced boutique environment and to represent a premium maison with discretion.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or as a stylist is strongly preferred; experience delivering high‑touch service to international clients is an advantage (typically 1–3 years).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or customer service is advantageous.
