Richemont seeks a Seasonal Sales Advisor (Stylist) in Saint‑Tropez for Summer 2026 — boutique role delivering luxury client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, personalised client service and build long‑term relationships with an international and high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Provide expert styling advice and product recommendations aligned with the maison’s aesthetic and client expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maximising basket value through thoughtful upselling and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain luxury visual standards: implement merchandising directives, maintain displays and ensure impeccable boutique presentation.
  • Manage stock and inventory processes accurately, including receiving, tagging and stock reconciliation.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems for transactions and client data capture; ensure confidentiality and accuracy in clienteling records.
  • Support boutique events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, including flexible scheduling for evening and weekend activations.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work the 2026 season in Saint‑Tropez, including weekends and peak resort periods.
  • Right to work in France for the duration of the contract.
  • Polished personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset suited to luxury clientele.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced boutique environment and to represent a premium maison with discretion.

Experience
