Richemont seeks a SAP SD Business Analyst in Moscavide, Portugal — mid-level role focusing on SAP SD configuration, S/4HANA support and process optimisation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather and translate commercial and logistics requirements into detailed SAP SD functional specifications.
  • Configure and maintain SAP SD modules (pricing, order-to-cash, billing, availability check, delivery processing) and support integration with MM, FI/CO and CRM.
  • Lead and execute testing activities: unit, integration and user acceptance tests; author test scripts and manage defect resolution.
  • Support S/4HANA migration and upgrade activities related to SD processes, including data migration and cutover planning.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to design pragmatic solutions and deliver process improvements.
  • Produce and maintain end-user documentation, process maps and training materials; deliver training to super-users and operational teams.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Contribute to project governance: requirements prioritization, sprint planning, and status reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • SAP SD certification or demonstrable hands-on experience configuring SAP Sales & Distribution.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with proven experience translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, international teams and liaising with commercial and logistics stakeholders.
  • Professional command of Microsoft Excel and experience with testing and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with S/4HANA migrations or upgrades strongly preferred.

Experience
