Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day technical support and incident resolution for the Salesforce platform, acting as a primary point of contact for end users and internal stakeholders.
- Triage, diagnose and resolve platform incidents and service requests (L2/L3), escalating to developers or vendors when necessary and tracking progress to closure.
- Perform configuration and administration tasks within Salesforce, including user provisioning, permission sets, profiles, workflows, validation rules and basic declarative automation.
- Support release deployments and change management activities, including preparing sandbox testing, coordinating release schedules and validating post-deployment behaviour.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business analysts, operations, and external integrators) to maintain integrations, APIs and data synchronisation between Salesforce and other systems.
- Maintain and curate technical documentation, runbooks and a knowledge base to standardise troubleshooting steps and reduce time-to-resolution.
- Monitor platform health and performance metrics, recommend optimisations, and assist with security and compliance controls related to CRM data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM‑201) preferred; additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Service Cloud) advantageous.
- Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders and to operate within a controlled change-management environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with data migration or data-loading utilities and familiarity with basic SQL or data-extraction techniques.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to incident prevention and continuous improvement.

Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Salesforce in an enterprise or multi-brand environment, with a track record of incident management, administration and cross-team collaboration to deliver stable CRM services.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred.
