Role & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and support.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
