Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer
Richemont in Moscavide is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to design and deliver SFMC solutions for luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder) to support CRM and omnichannel campaigns.
- Build and optimize dynamic email templates, data extensions and segmentation logic using AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript and SQL.
- Implement integrations between SFMC and CRM / e‑commerce platforms using REST and SOAP APIs; design data models and ETL patterns for marketing use cases.
- Establish automated campaign workflows, CI/CD processes and deployment pipelines in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
- Monitor deliverability, campaign performance and data quality; apply best practices to improve inbox placement and reporting.
- Produce clear technical documentation, run test plans and troubleshooting, and liaise with cross‑functional stakeholders (CRM, digital, legal, analytics) to meet compliance and business requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven hands‑on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Fluency with AMPscript and Server‑Side JavaScript (SSJS) for dynamic content and personalization.
- Strong SQL skills for data modelling, segmentation and query optimization.
- Practical experience with SFMC automation tools (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Email Studio).
- Proven experience integrating SFMC via REST and SOAP APIs with CRM/e‑commerce systems.
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and GDPR/compliance constraints.

Experience
Typically requires 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation platforms, including campaign execution, integrations and deliverability optimization in a multi‑brand or enterprise context.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
