Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver elevated, personalized client service consistent with Vacheron Constantin’s luxury positioning; build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Present and demonstrate timepieces with expert product knowledge, explaining technical specifications, complications and provenance.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, appointment management and upselling.
  • Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Operate POS systems, process transactions, handle cash/credit procedures and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
  • Coordinate with after‑sales, repairs and regional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and follow‑up.
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to cultivate a high-value client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven aptitude for luxury retail sales; experience in watches, jewellery or high-end accessories preferred.
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of closing high-value transactions and building repeat business.
  • Strong presentation skills and meticulous attention to detail in product handling and visual standards.
  • Reliable numeracy and experience operating POS and basic inventory procedures.
  • Flexible availability to work retail shifts, weekends and peak trading periods; professional appearance and demeanor.

Experience
