Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, multilingual client service in French, English and German to a predominantly high-net-worth clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-ups and CRM records to build long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Ensure impeccable product presentation and assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic cash handling in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support stock control, inventory counts and reception of goods in coordination with boutique management.
  • Represent the maison at in-store events and collaborate with the retail team on local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Fluent spoken and written French, English and German.
  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably 2+ years in luxury goods or premium boutiques.
  • Strong clienteling skills with demonstrable experience serving affluent and international clients.
  • Right to work in Switzerland or valid Swiss work permit.
  • Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Experience
