Richemont is hiring a Sales Operations Associate in Seoul to manage CRM, sales reporting and retail operations for its luxury maisons.

Overview

Richemont is a Swiss luxury goods group and owner of several distinguished maisons across jewellery, watchmaking, leather goods and accessories. Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver regular sales and performance reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses to support commercial decision-making.
  • Maintain and optimise CRM data (Salesforce or equivalent), ensuring client records, opportunities and activity logs are accurate and actionable.
  • Support sales forecasting, monthly close processes and reconciliation of store/wholesale sales with finance and inventory teams.
  • Coordinate order management and stock allocations between boutiques, regional warehouses and wholesale partners.
  • Implement and streamline sales operations processes, including POS workflows, merchandising rollouts and store-level initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, merchandising, logistics and finance to resolve operational issues and drive process improvements.
  • Train and support boutique teams on operational tools, reporting packs and CRM best practices when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • Proven analytical capability with strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Demonstrable experience managing CRM systems and retail operational tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver projects to tight deadlines.

Experience

Typically 2–4 years in sales operations, retail operations, sales analytics or commercial support, ideally within luxury goods, premium retail or fashion.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
