Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a boutique sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
  • Own client acquisition, retention and VIP clienteling strategies to strengthen long-term relationships and lifetime value.
  • Implement and uphold brand merchandising, visual standards and service protocols to preserve maison identity.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate sales advisors through one-to-one coaching, performance reviews and tailored training plans.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, loss prevention and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Produce timely sales analyses and reports for regional management and contribute to local business planning.
  • Coordinate with regional marketing and CRM teams to execute events, launches and tailored outreach for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven managerial experience in luxury retail or premium jewellery/watches, preferably with responsibility for a boutique or multi-person team.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and cultivating high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident working with discerning, high-net-worth clientele.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail in merchandising, stock management and compliance.
  • Fluency or strong working proficiency in English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous for Geneva-based roles.

Experience

Typically 3–5+ years in luxury retail sales with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within boutiques selling high-end jewellery, watches or accessories. Experience handling VIP clients and executing local sales campaigns is expected.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
