Richemont is hiring a Sales Manager in Dubai to lead boutique sales, client relationships and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales performance to meet and exceed revenue, conversion and average transaction value targets (monthly, quarterly, annual KPIs).
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team through recruitment, performance management, coaching and regular training initiatives.
- Own clienteling activities and VIP client management to build long‑term relationships and repeat business; ensure exemplary standards of personalised service.
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation standards in line with maison guidelines to maximise product appeal and sell‑through.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss prevention procedures; liaise with regional supply chain to optimise assortments and availability.
- Produce accurate sales forecasts, performance reports and market feedback for the regional management team; act on commercial insights to drive assortment and promotional decisions.
- Represent brand values in all customer interactions and ensure compliance with operational policies, cash handling and CRM usage.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable achievement against targets.
- Previous people‑management experience, including coaching and performance management of sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, inventory control and KPI delivery.
- Exceptional clienteling and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fluent business communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) advantageous.

Experience
Typically 5+ years in luxury retail sales, with at least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial position within a boutique or department store environment. Demonstrable history of meeting sales targets and managing high‑value client relationships.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality, Fashion, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
