Sales Experience Manager
Richemont seeks a Sales Experience Manager in Miami Design District to lead boutique sales, clienteling and team performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the boutique sales team to achieve sales targets, KPIs and client retention objectives.
- Own the in-store client experience strategy, including VIP clienteling, appointment management and personalised service protocols.
- Translate brand visual merchandising standards into the boutique, ensuring product presentation and store layout reflect maison guidelines.
- Manage daily store operations: staffing, opening/closing procedures, stock integrity, loss prevention and POS/CRM workflows.
- Plan and execute boutique events, trunk shows and client activations in coordination with marketing and regional teams.
- Analyse sales performance and client data to produce actionable insights and forecasts; implement corrective plans when necessary.
- Act as the boutique ambassador for brand standards, training initiatives and cross-functional projects with regional management.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership ability with experience recruiting, developing and motivating sales advisors in a luxury retail environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset and meticulous attention to service detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and comfort with targets, KPI tracking and basic P&L awareness.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required by boutique activity.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive luxury retail experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or managerial role with demonstrable results in sales growth, client acquisition/retention and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, fashion or a related field preferred.
