Richemont is hiring a Sales Experience Manager in Austin to lead boutique client experience and drive omnichannel sales performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the in‑store client experience across the Austin boutique, ensuring service standards reflect the maison’s luxury positioning.
  • Coach, develop and schedule boutique sales teams to deliver exceptional clienteling and sustained commercial performance.
  • Define and implement omnichannel initiatives that integrate boutique, digital and CRM-driven touchpoints to deepen client engagement.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and client metrics, prepare regular performance reports and recommend action plans to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with merchandising, visual display and marketing colleagues to execute seasonal activations, product launches and window concepts.
  • Manage client data hygiene and segmentation to optimise outreach, private appointments and bespoke service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable leadership experience in luxury retail, with a track record of coaching teams to exceed sales and client service objectives.
  • Deep understanding of clienteling, high‑value sales processes and VIP relationship management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience using KPI reporting to drive corrective actions and growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent a luxury maison to high‑net‑worth clients.

Experience

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a boutique environment. Proven success driving boutique KPIs, delivering high‑touch client experiences and coordinating cross‑functional retail initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred; vocational qualification in retail management, hospitality or related field is advantageous.
