Richemont seeks a Sales Experience Manager in Atlanta to lead clienteling, team coaching and boutique sales performance for its maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the in-store client experience strategy across assigned boutiques in the Atlanta market, ensuring alignment with maison standards and group directives.
  • Lead and coach boutique sales teams to achieve revenue, conversion and average transaction value targets through advanced clienteling and consultative selling techniques.
  • Own CRM and clienteling processes locally: ensure data quality, segmentation, targeted outreach and follow-up to maximise client lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising, operations and marketing to implement product launches, promotional initiatives and in-store experiential events.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, prepare regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable plans for the sales team and leadership.
  • Design and deliver training programmes on product knowledge, service rituals, client approach and sales tools; mentor high-potential advisors.
  • Manage the boutique’s client events and private appointments, coordinating logistics and VIP servicing to uphold brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with loss-prevention, inventory management and luxury retail governance policies; liaise with regional operations for audit readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in luxury retail: track record of driving sales and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong clienteling expertise with demonstrable success in CRM-driven acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; confident representing maison standards to high-net-worth clients.
  • Analytical capability to interpret retail KPIs and translate findings into commercial initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (operations, merchandising, marketing) and execute seamless boutique activations.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends; ability to travel within the region when required.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
