Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Vancouver to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and cultivate long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and closing techniques
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across jewellery, watches and accessories; advise clients on craftsmanship, provenance and care
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain boutique presentation to brand standards
  • Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system; assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
  • Participate in boutique events, private appointments and client‑focused initiatives; collaborate with the team to optimise boutique performance

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver high‑calibre client service in a retail environment; previous luxury retail experience preferred
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays to meet boutique needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills with polished presentation and professional demeanour

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in luxury or boutique environments and demonstrable success meeting sales targets is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline are an advantage.
