Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience through proactive clienteling, tailored product recommendations and after‑sales follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining rigorous attention to conversion and average transaction value.
  • Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, floor presentation and product knowledge to reflect the maison’s identity and seasonal directives.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale systems, execute transactions accurately, and support inventory management, stock replenishment and receiving procedures.
  • Cultivate long‑term client relationships by managing appointments, maintaining client records and coordinating bespoke service requests with store leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail sales, ideally within a boutique environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on high‑touch client service and discretion.
  • Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and contribute to a team‑oriented retail setting.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Strong presentation and grooming standards consistent with luxury brand expectations.

Experience
