Role & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the new Tokyo boutique.
• Assist customers in selecting luxury products that meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the boutique.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Japanese and English.

Experience

At least 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.
