Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Taipei — boutique role focused on luxury client service, clienteling and achieving sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to high-net-worth and aspirational clients; proactively build and maintain long-term client relationships (clienteling).
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain authoritative product knowledge across relevant maisons and collections; present product storytelling consistently with brand standards.
  • Ensure visual merchandising, window presentation and boutique standards are executed precisely to the maison’s directives.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and manage client records in CRM or clienteling tools.
  • Support inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and periodic stocktakes in accordance with loss-prevention policies.
  • Contribute to boutique events, product launches and private client appointments; collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Comply with brand policies, local regulations and Richemont's code of conduct, including confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury or premium retail sales; demonstrable ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with polished presentation and professional demeanour.
  • Organisational discipline for client follow-up, appointment management and accurate sales administration.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
  • Right to work in Taiwan.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury, premium fashion, jewellery or watch retail; demonstrable success in personal sales and client development.

Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred but not mandatory.
