Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in St Moritz — client-facing role delivering luxury service and driving boutique sales for Richemont maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to a high-net-worth and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, clienteling and upselling.
- Manage VIP appointments, private viewings and bespoke client experiences with discretion and attention to detail.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards to reflect maison guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while adhering to cash-handling and compliance procedures.
- Support stock management, receiving and inventory reconciliation; coordinate with store management on replenishment.
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge across the maison portfolio and communicate brand stories and craftsmanship to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-service orientation with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Professional poise and discretion when serving VIP clients and handling confidential information.
- Ability to work weekends, high-season periods and irregular hours typical of luxury retail in resort locations.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication; proven ability to engage an international clientele.
- Vocational training or prior retail certification is advantageous but not required.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion, watches, jewellery or high-end hospitality. Prior experience in a boutique or resort environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods is a plus.
