Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Singapore to provide luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, highly personalised client service to cultivate long-term relationships and maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
- Manage clienteling activities and maintain accurate customer records using the boutique CRM and follow-up processes.
- Execute point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company cash-handling and compliance procedures.
- Support visual merchandising and presentation standards to uphold the maison’s brand image and seasonal campaigns.
- Participate in stock management activities including receiving, inventory counts and loss-prevention controls.
- Represent the maison at in-store events and VIP appointments, coordinating with store management and the wider commercial team.
Qualifications
- Right to work in Singapore required.
- Secondary education completed; post-secondary diploma in retail, luxury goods or hospitality preferred.
- Professional demeanour with impeccable grooming and an understanding of luxury client expectations.
- Availability to work a retail roster including weekends and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
1–3 years of direct retail or client-facing experience, preferably within luxury fashion, watches, jewellery or premium hospitality environments.
Education
Secondary education required; diploma or certificate in retail, fashion, hospitality or related field preferred.
