Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver discreet, client-focused service tailored to high-net-worth and aspirational clientele to build long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through active selling, cross-selling and clienteling activities, including follow-up and appointment management.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique standards, ensuring product presentation, stock rotation and housekeeping meet brand guidelines.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and basic administrative tasks accurately; contribute to daily sales reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Support in-store events, private client appointments and trunk shows; liaise with after-sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Use CRM and in-house systems to record client data, purchase history and communications to support targeted outreach and retention.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience, preferably 1–3 years in luxury goods, jewellery, watch or premium fashion retail.
  • Polished interpersonal presentation with strong client-service orientation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Comfortable managing confidential client information and demonstrating discretion at all times.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and local public holidays; reliable punctuality and availability.
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling competence; ability to perform transactional and inventory-related tasks accurately.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of direct sales experience in luxury retail, jewellery, watches or premium fashion; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
