Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Seoul to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, high‑touch customer service to a discriminating luxury clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships through proactive clienteling.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling of complementary product categories.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison’s assortment (e.g., watches, jewellery, leather goods) and communicate brand narratives with authenticity.
  • Manage point‑of‑sale transactions, returns and after‑sales service in accordance with brand policy and local regulations.
  • Support visual merchandising and floor presentation to sustain the maison’s aesthetic standards and seasonal directives.
  • Execute inventory control processes, including stock reception, reconciliation and loss prevention measures.
  • Use CRM to record client interactions, update dossiers and support personalised marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with store management and regional teams on events, private appointments and client outreach.

Qualifications

  • Professional, polished presentation and a service mindset suited to a luxury environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and a results‑oriented approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage administrative tasks (CRM updates, stock reconciliations).
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to participate in client events.
  • Legal right to work in South Korea.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of customer‑facing experience in luxury retail, premium jewellery/watch boutiques, or high‑end hospitality. Proven record of driving sales and managing client relationships is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualifications in fashion, luxury retail, business or hospitality are advantageous.
