Richemont seeks a Part-time Sales Associate in Roermond: boutique role focused on luxury client service and sales for a Richemont maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service in accordance with Richemont brand standards and boutique protocols.
  • Proactively develop and maintain client relationships through face-to-face interaction and clienteling activities to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve individual and store sales objectives by identifying client needs and converting opportunities.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to ensure displays reflect seasonal directives and maison identity.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns with accuracy and discretion.
  • Support inventory management activities including stock reception, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Assist with in-store events and private client appointments, coordinating with the store team to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to work to sales targets.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality.
  • Right to work in the Netherlands.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or client-facing roles is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium-brand environments is strongly preferred.

Education
