Sales Associate
Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Riyadh to deliver exceptional boutique client service and achieve sales targets in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth clientele and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team commercial objectives and KPI reporting.
- Manage daily boutique operations including point-of-sale transactions, stock control, receiving and inventory reconciliation in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain and execute visual merchandising standards to reflect brand image and seasonal directives; prepare product displays and window dressing as required.
- Provide after-sales service and manage client enquiries, repairs and special requests in liaison with Maison support teams.
- Adhere to security, compliance and store loss-prevention policies; support store administration and reporting tasks when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality, sales or a related discipline preferred.
- Typically 1–3 years of proven retail experience, preferably within luxury goods, watches, jewellery or premium accessories.
- Polished professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills suited to a luxury boutique environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia and flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience is required; 1–3 years in luxury retail or premium customer-facing roles is preferred, with a proven record of client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, hospitality, business or related fields preferred.
