Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in Osaka for an Alaïa boutique role — deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets in Kansai.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary client service and build long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and personalised recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional presentation of the product and boutique environment.
  • Execute visual merchandising and floor moves to brand directives to maximise sell-through and preserve brand aesthetics.
  • Manage daily boutique operations including cash handling, Point of Sale transactions, stock reception, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Support client events, private viewings and appointment scheduling to cultivate high-value relationships.
  • Accurately document client interactions and sales activity in CRM and communicate feedback to store management.
  • Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless after-sales service, returns handling and delivery coordination.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide discreet, high-touch service appropriate to a luxury clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with commercial focus on closing and follow-up.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in stock management and visual standards.
  • Professional demeanour, presentational standards and adherence to brand policies.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and regional travel when required.

Experience
