Sales Associate
Richemont seeks a Sales Associate in New York (Hudson Yards) to deliver exceptional client service for its luxury maisons.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, building long-term relationships through proactive clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining detailed knowledge of product ranges and maison heritage.
- Manage sales transactions, returns and gift services accurately using the store POS and CRM systems; ensure compliant cash handling and reconciliation.
- Maintain brand visual standards through daily merchandising, stock replenishment and upkeep of the selling floor.
- Coordinate with after-sales and client service teams to resolve enquiries, process repairs and follow up on client requests.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing market and client intelligence, participating in store meetings and supporting local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deliver high-calibre client service in a premium retail or hospitality environment.
- Fluent English communication skills with polished interpersonal presence and professional presentation.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal right to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Preferred 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail, boutique sales or a high-end hospitality role with demonstrable sales results and client relationship management.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, luxury goods or hospitality is advantageous.
