Richemont is hiring a Sales Associate in Miami (Miami Design District) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client service tailored to affluent and international clientele to convert and grow relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, follow-up and clienteling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the maison's assortments and communicate product provenance, craftsmanship and technical details with authority.
- Execute visual merchandising and window presentation standards to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal directives.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, process transactions, and manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Manage stock: receive, tag, organise inventory and support stocktakes to ensure inventory integrity.
- Support in‑store events, private appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with visual and marketing teams as required.
- Ensure boutique compliance with security, loss-prevention and luxury retail operational procedures while maintaining impeccable store standards.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal presentation suitable for a luxury environment.
- Legal right to work in the United States for the Miami location.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Comfort with handling high-value merchandise and following strict operational protocols.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with demonstrable success meeting sales targets and executing clienteling activities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, sales or a luxury-related discipline preferred.
